Transamerica Design System

One of the oldest insurance companies in the United States, the 120-year-old Transamerica, was undergoing a major rebrand to align with evolving market realities and customer expectations. Monigle conducted comprehensive research to understand how to adapt the new design system across all customer touchpoints and dimensions. This included assessing brand perception, digital interfaces, print materials, and environmental branding. The goal was to create a cohesive visual and experiential identity that preserved Transamerica’s heritage while projecting a modern, forward-looking image. Through collaborative workshops and iterative testing, the new brand system was crafted to resonate with both loyal clients and a younger, more diverse audience, ensuring Transamerica’s continued relevance and growth in a competitive landscape.
